BRADLEY CAMP is the Chief Executive Officer for USA Pentathlon, the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of Pentathlon.

He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer with USA Archery, the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of Archery. In this role, he managed a team of professionals providing all aspects of training and development of individuals and teams enabling them to successfully compete and win in national, international and Olympic competition. A big believer in sustained competitive excellence, Mr. Camp supports developing individuals, teams and organizations to realize their full potential. He holds a MS in Performance Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and a BS in Physical Education/Kinesiology from Wheaton College.

Mr. Camp is no stranger to the military and sport industry having retired after 20 years as a US Army officer and the last 7 years as a senior executive in the non-profit sector. Following several years with the Military Police Corps, he was hand-selected to create the Peak Performance Program in the Center for Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point. In this capacity he is credited for enhancing athletic, academic and leadership skills with the Corps of Cadets as well as many amateur and professional athletes. Capitalizing on his success at USMA, Mr. Camp was asked to revitalize and transform the World Class Athlete Program (WCAP) into a premier military athlete development program. WCAP provided military athletes the opportunity to compete for a position on the United States Olympic Team for both winter and summer games.

Additionally, Mr. Camp has had a diverse career within the US Army. He spent the first several tours of duty in Germany as a Site Security Officer for a chemical weapons storage site, the Operations Office for the VII Corps Provost Marshal Office and Commander of the HHC, 14th Military Police Brigade. From Europe, Mr. Camp was chosen to command the Dallas North Recruiting Company where he had 12 recruiting stations covering over 400 sq. miles. Following his USMA assignment, Mr. Camp became the Provost Marshal for Fort Carson. After a deployment to Bosnia, where he served as the Executive Officer for the SFOR Liaison to Croatia, Mr. Camp finished his military career developing strategic plans, marketing and quality control initiatives for the Directorate of Community Affairs, Fort Carson.

After a successful career in government and non-profit industries Mr. Camp now coaches other people how to achieve the same success. His varied background in government, non-profit and sports and recreation provided the perfect foundation for helping others realize how they can achieve their true potential and accomplish their dreams.
